Originating from Gurgaon and with roots in Khurja, the Ceramics City of India, Chai Yaar aims to provide unique, personalized mugs, reflecting the stories and connections of people.



Branding: Chai Yaar has a rich story rooted in traditions and personal experiences, but lacks a cohesive brand identity that resonates across various platforms.



Social Media Marketing: While the narrative of Chai Yaar is captivating, its digital footprint is minimal, missing opportunities to engage a wider audience and reinforce its brand ethos.



Web Design: Without an intuitive and engaging website, Chai Yaar is missing a chance to provide a seamless online shopping experience, tell its brand story, and showcase its unique offerings.



E-commerce Amazon A+ Content: As one of the most potent online selling platforms, Amazon offers vast potential. However, Chai Yaar's listings may not be optimized to utilize Amazon's A+ content, which could improve visibility and conversions.

Branding: Developed a cohesive brand identity, leveraging the rich story of Chai Yaar.
Designed a logo, color palette, and typography that resonates with the brand’s ethos and appeals to the target audience was the utmost priority. Also, we created branding guidelines to ensure consistent application across all platforms.
Social Media Marketing: Develop a content calendar focusing on storytelling, showcasing product range, sharing customer testimonials, and behind-the-scenes glimpses of the pottery process. Engage with influencers and communities that resonate with the brand’s ethos, possibly hosting virtual “chai and charcha” sessions. Regularly measure engagement metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
Web Design: Design and develop an intuitive e-commerce website that tells the brand story and offers a seamless shopping experience. Incorporate features like personalized mug suggestions, a blog ("Conversations with your Chai Yaar"), and an easy-to-use contact form. Ensure the website is mobile-responsive and optimized for search engines.
E-commerce Amazon A+ Content: Research and analyze top-performing mugs in the same category on Amazon. Design A+ content that tells the Chai Yaar story, highlights the unique selling points, and showcases the mugs using high-quality visuals and descriptions. Regularly review and optimize product listings based on performance metrics and customer feedback.
